Don´t use the original Hauppauge software, us the software DVBViewer, they need not so much resources. Don´t forget befor to switch the tuner to diversity mode. If antenna signal not strengh enough, use the active antenna spare kit from cartft, you must only modify the connectors and the active power. then it´s a good solution for carpc :-)

I recently got into this phase of turning my computer into a total multimedia machine. I got this card because it was the cheapest one that came with TV/FM radio and a remote (which really comes in handy). The card was simple to install and I quickly ...
When I ordered this, I received more than I expected, a lot more. It comes completely with software and 2 antennas, not just the USB stick.
This little dual tuner DVB-T receiver is suported under Linux, it works perfectly and is a great add-on for you MythTV, or other media device. I don't like the included software, but I was not going to use it anyway...
